Beautiful enough for the photos. Considered enough for every guest.
This page is for you if you've already imagined the day. The wedding planner whose binder has color-coded contingency tabs. The development director coordinating a 250-person donor reception in a historic mansion's gardens. The corporate event lead whose product launch is invitation-only with a guest list of 80 industry insiders. The host whose anniversary party is at the family vineyard with three generations attending — including the grandmother in a wheelchair and the cousin who recently had knee surgery.
You've imagined all of it — except, probably, what happens when one of those guests needs the bathroom and the unit your planner booked doesn't accommodate them. That's the part most fancy porta potty rental conversations skip. Beautiful interiors get the marketing photos. Whether the unit works for a guest with a cane is rarely on the website. Accessible Mobile Toilet built our fancy porta potty rental side specifically for the version of you who'd want both — the elevated finish that suits the venue, and the configuration that doesn't quietly leave a guest out. The version where you choose between aesthetics and accessibility — that's not the choice we ask you to make.

Picture the moment, not the equipment.
It's an hour before guests arrive. The fancy porta potty rental is in place — in the spot the planner walked with us two weeks earlier, hidden from the photographer's primary frames but accessible from the main reception area. Climate control is running. The interior matches the venue's aesthetic — warm lighting, framed mirror, polished fixtures. Next to it, the ADA-compliant unit shares the same exterior finish and interior tier, so when your grandmother in the wheelchair uses it, she's using a unit that feels like the rest of the event. Mid-reception servicing happens during a pre-marked lull. By the time guests are leaving, you've thanked the caterer, the photographer, the planner. The bathroom situation never crossed your mind during the event because everything was considered before guests arrived.
Most companies offer fancy units for general guests and basic ADA units as compliance. The aesthetic gap is visible — and it sends a quiet message about which guests are afterthoughts. We pair fancy units with ADA accommodations at the same finish tier. Same lighting, same materials, same impression.
A premium unit placed in the wrong spot ends up in photos, blocks catering access, or shows up in social coverage. We walk the venue. If we can't walk it physically, we work from venue photos and aerial maps with marked-up placement plans you sign.
A pump truck idling near the reception during the speeches is the kind of detail that ends up in venue reviews. We schedule service during pre-agreed lulls, use unmarked vehicles for premium events, and route through alternate access drives when available.
The working method.
Bookings happen four to twelve weeks out for most upscale events, six to eight weeks for smaller bookings. We collect headcount, alcohol service, food service, event duration, venue address, planner contact, and any accessibility considerations. Two weeks out, we walk the venue with you or your planner. Placement is marked on a printed plan you sign. One week out, you receive a photo set of your assigned units and a delivery confirmation with driver name and ETA window. Day-of, units land during the window. Driver walks placement with your contact, tests every fixture, signs off. During the event, mid-event servicing hits the schedule you marked. Pickup the morning after for most events.
A development director for a regional nonprofit called us six months before her 200-guest donor reception at a historic mansion in Pine Brook. Her concern wasn't the standard porta potty conversation — it was that her donor list included an heiress in her late 80s who used a wheelchair and was the largest single contributor to the campaign. The director wanted compliance, but she also wanted accommodation that didn't make her donor feel like an afterthought. We paired a luxury single-stall fancy unit with an ADA-compliant unit in the same finish tier — same lighting, same hardwood-look interior, same exterior cladding. Both units sat side-by-side at the venue's garden entry. The donor used the ADA unit twice during the event without comment. The director sent us referrals for three more events that quarter.
"Hosted my parents' 50th anniversary at our Pine Brook home. Their team paired a luxury unit with an accessible one in the same finish tier — my dad uses a walker and didn't have to wonder which one to use. Made the day feel considered."
"Coordinated a corporate brand event for 150 guests. The fancy units they delivered matched our venue's aesthetic so well that two attendees commented on them. The unit that's photographed in the social media coverage is the rental, not the venue's."
"Booked a luxury single unit for an outdoor anniversary party. The driver placed it where I asked, tested everything, and sent me a placement photo. The only feedback I had after the event was guests asking where the bathroom company was from."
