Placement is marked on a printed plan you sign. One week out, you receive a photo set of your assigned units and a delivery confirmation with driver name and ETA window. Day-of, units land during the window. Driver walks placement with your contact, tests every fixture, signs off. During the event, mid-event servicing hits the schedule you marked. Pickup the morning after for most events.
